CCS is proud to announce the appointment of Winfried van Holland as its new Chief Technology Officer.

CCS has appointed Winfried as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role he is responsible for both Development and Operations. The focus will be on further expanding the Digital Insurance Platform. A lot of attention will also be paid to creating a state-of-the-art DevOps organisation with the corresponding certifications in order to deliver customers a safe and seamless PaaS/SaaS solution.
"Making data freely available and orchestrating business processes from a central platform that accelerates innovation are the focal points of our Digital Insurance Platform," said Max Speur, CEO CCS. "Winfried has the challenging role of expanding our Digital Insurance Platform so our customers can accelerate their digital transformation and be ready for embedded and real-time connected insurance.”

Van Holland comes from the Iddink Group where, as CTO, he was responsible for the DevOps of various high-volume school information systems for pupils, parents, teachers and school boards. He has been active for 25 years with international software companies in various capacities. Winfried holds a PhD in computer science from TU Delft.

"The current digitalisation trends demand that we provide our customers with solutions that allow them to serve their users and their customers better and in a more customer-friendly way, with, for instance the taking out and adjustment of insurance policies and the faster and easier settlement of claims. The Digital Insurance Platform from CCS is ideally positioned for this, both in the Netherlands and internationally. The discussions I had with CCS immediately fired my enthusiasm to join the CCS team in taking it further,” said Winfried van Holland, CTO CCS.
