Rabobank Chooses CCS Digital Insurance Platform

CCS, a leading provider of software solutions for insurers, distribution partners, and brokers, proudly announces that Rabobank, a financial services provider in banking and insurance products, is expanding its partnership with CCS. The focus of this expansion is to better serve Rabobank customers with suitable insurance products, while prioritizing the need for increased speed and efficiency. The expansion and deepening of the partnership are reflected in a new multi-year strategic agreement.

From Customization to Standardization
With its choice for CCS, Rabobank takes a significant step toward improving customer service. By moving away from custom software solutions, the bank aims to significantly reduce the time-to-market for new software solutions. Key areas in this decision include provincial, broker, and authorized agent activities, which have led to an expansion of the partnership between Rabobank and CCS.

Digital Insurance Platform
The implementation of the Digital Insurance Platform, with Roundcube as the orchestration platform alongside the trusted Level back office, is an important step forward. Achieving seamless collaboration between applications is both a technological advancement and a strategic move to further enhance customer service and improve the overall customer experience.

Cees Knijnsberg, CCS-Level Application Manager at Rabobank, says: “As a long-term customer of CCS, we have closely followed CCS’s developments. Given that Rabobank not only engages in provincial insurance but also broker and authorized agent activities, and considering our evolving approach to customer service and processes, we revisited our IT architecture, particularly Roundcube. We are confident about the future. The collaboration with CCS is progressing smoothly because we can communicate openly and honestly. We share not only knowledge but also insights into what is and isn’t possible. We are convinced that the renewed agreement will enable us to better serve Rabobank customers with appropriate insurance products, while also making significant strides in speed and efficiency through this collaboration.”

Jack van der Velde, CEO of CCS, adds: “The relationship with Rabobank is invaluable to CCS. We place great importance on effective communication and are determined not only to exceed Rabobank’s expectations but also to help shape the digital market standard together. The integration of Roundcube alongside Level, enabling the full suite of the Digital Insurance Platform, marks a significant milestone. It not only optimizes data orchestration but also greatly enhances connectivity with third parties. This approach will deliver significant benefits to Rabobank and its customers.”

The expansion of the collaboration to a strategic level demonstrates the joint commitment to innovation and customer focus for optimal customer service.
